Times may vary depending both on the supply of materials and on our presence on site.
Ours is a small reality, and we too like to race like you do, so if we are away for racing commitments, the realization times can be longer.
If you need to receive the material in a short time, we advise you to contact us before placing the order, so we can be more precise.

COURIER

It is possible to choose the courier at the checkout, where you will find the different options and the relative costs.

It should be emphasized that the couriers are not our employees, and are not bound to meet specific deadlines.

In particular periods of the year (Christmas, Easter, August 15) there may be delays in delivery.

Deliveries are always made during normal office hours. It is not possible, due to the rules imposed by express couriers, to make deliveries by appointment.

SHIPPING COST

Shipping costs are variable, they depend on the shipping method chosen, but above all on the quantity of goods ordered and the type of payment.

The fundamental data is the volumetric weight, obtained by the courier by combining the dimensions of the package and the weight in kg.

ABSENCE OF THE RECEIVER

If no one is home at the time of delivery, the courier will issue a special coupon with the telephone number of the nearest branch.

In order to avoid long storage and to risk a return of the package to the sender company, with additional shipping costs at your expense, in the event of non-delivery, please call the telephone number indicated, thus agreeing the delivery with the courier. at no extra cost.

In the event of an incorrect address or non-delivery due to the buyer's absence, the reshipment will be carried out at the buyer's expense.

The goods travel at the customer's risk, by courier or post, unless specifically requested by the customer for insurance.

If the customer does not make an insured shipment, the sender is not responsible for the delivery of the goods, nor will any claim for reasons related to the shipment be accepted (see current provisions of art. 1510 of the Civil Code regarding mail order sales), constituting an offense competent judgment only towards the carrier and not towards the seller.

RETURNS

All "custom" products cannot be returned, except for a manufacturing error on our part, or a manufacturing defect.
